We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the hotel was full and busy, but the staff keeping pool area and grounds looking attractive. “Location is great. Immediate beach access with a beach shower station to wash off the sand. Very close to restaurants. Staff is helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in. “Very clean. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. It was pretty close to drive to the beach for a good nightly price. The room was comfortable and felt worth the price and exceeded expectations. Only issue is the pool wasn’t very deep and it didn’t seem to be maintained well.”

“Some of the staff was friendly and helpful but some were rude to my wife and daughter. The food is pretty bad and a lot of things didn’t work: an elevator didn’t work one day, the bathroom door doesn’t lock in one of the public restrooms, our A/C didn’t work, and they left the pool area dirty with food on the ground all day. “Expedia overbooked my room. I was sold an oceanfront room for a premium price... there were no oceanfront rooms available well before the time of my booking. I was informed by the resort management that this was not uncommon... they would be refunding Expedia the difference in what room they sold me, vs what I was given. The resort could not refund the difference directly to me. I would need to get Expedia to refund me their difference in the room prices. If I knew the oceanfront was not...
